Better Late than Never…NCAAF Wk 7 w/ T.B.G.
TBG is riding high after a huge 5-0 week last week worth 11 units. Hope you all cashed in along with all of us here at CPP. Lets see if we can keep it going and grow that bankroll…
Miami +2.5 @ North Carolina (2 Units) – WIN
Carolina is coming into this game overhyped and is gving points based on their inflated 5-1 record. Miami has played a much tougher schedule and played every game close. This again will be a close one, but the ‘canes come out on top. Add to this that Miami is 4-1 as a road dog of 0.5 – 3 pts and the Tar Heels are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 conference games. BONUS I love this game to stay U52.5. If you’re playing w/ a little bit of house money from last week, go ahead and parlay them together and lets make some real cash.
South Carolina – 3 @ Mississippi St (3 Units) – LOSS
The Gamecocks are a whole new team w/out the weight of problem child ex-QB Steven Garcia hanging over them. Replacement QB Connor Shaw is posting a 60+ completion %, with 4 TDs and no picks. With this new life breathed into them I believe the ‘Ole Ball Coach leads this USC team to an SEC East championship and I definitely think he sends a message that they are for real in this game. Gamecocks roll easily.
Georgia Tech -7 @ Virginia (3 Units) – LOSS
Virginia is really bad.
Ohio St +3 @ Illinois (3 Units) – WIN
Freshmen Braxton Miller will play on Saturday….when he is on the field they ae a completely different offense. Not to metion the return of 2010 All B1G RB Boon Herron. The Buckeyes are 18-1 when Boon goes for over 55 yards. Look for them to try to establish the run early and often w/ Miller still nursing a sore ankle. I expect OSU to win this one outright.
Texas Tech -3.5 vs Kansas State (4 Units) – LOSS
KState may be the worst 5-0 team in history, so don’t let their early season success fool you. They still have a murder’s row of former B12 south opponents on the horizon and could very easily finish the year 7-5. This game starts that negative skid, and the Red Raiders roll easily. Bonus The Over is 5-1 in Tx Tech’s last six games, with the last 4 matchups between these two teams going Over as well. This week its at 60, which is well within range for two teams that both rely on offense to win games.
B1G Lock ‘O the Week Northwestern +6.5 @ Iowa (3 Units) – LOSS
Because I watched the Iowa / Penn St game last week….
Stanford -21 @ Washington State (3 Units) – WIN
Pops always said “You dance with the one that brung ya”. Stanford is 9-0-1 ATS in their last 10, while outscoring this years opponents by an average of 36.5 points.
